Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

Your account may be suspended temporarily while we investigate your request further; if deemed genuine, you shall not access or interact with the Newmarket Bingo website during this time.
Game Fairness and RNG Systems

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay
In cases where your participation is temporarily interrupted due to external server issues etc., we will endeavour not to award prizes or place winnings at odds of having been awarded if gameplay was deemed disrupted prior completion. All resulting queries and decisions on whether a bet stands or goes void shall remain subject to Newmarket Bingo's exclusive discretion.
Suspension or Closure of Accounts
We may suspend or close your account without notice, should any terms of this Agreement be violated in our assessment.
Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership
The Platform is owned by us (including but not limited to: its infrastructure, software codebase). You acknowledge that we reserve full rights over all trademarks, copyrights, logos and trade secrets pertaining thereto.
